TH slurry pump is a heavy duty horizontal slurry pump series specially designed for continuous pumping of highly abrasive, dense slurry from hydrocyclone feed to regrinding, flotation and tailings in mineral processing plants slurry. TH slurry pump is the perfect Warman AH slurry pumps replacement at low cost. These pumps are designed for a wide range of erosive and/or corrosive applications, and are typically used for slurries containing high concentrations of erosive solids or where an extremely heavy duty-slurry pump is required.

TH Slurry Pumps are the most comprehensive range of centrifugal slurry pumps for use in mining, minerals processing, coal preparation, dredging, metallurgy, power plant, chemical and general industry applications. The wetted parts materials designed by High abrasion and corrosion resistance alloy, rubber or polyurethane etc, Expecially for handling highly abrasive,high density slurries.

Design Features:
• Horizontal,Cantilevered,Centrifugal,Single stage slurry pump design.
• Bearing assembly – A large diameter shaft with short overhang minimizes deflection and contributes to long bearing life. Only four through bolts are required to hold the cartridge type housing in the frame.
• Casing – Casing halves of cast or ductile iron with external reinforcing ribs provide high operating pressure capabilities and an extra measure of safety.
• Impeller – Front and rear shrouds have pump out vanes that reduce recirculation and seal contamination. Hard metal and moulded elastomer impellers are completely interchangeable.
• Liners – Easily replaceable liners are bolted, not glued, to the casing for positive attachment and east of maintenance. Hard metal liners are completely interchangeable with pressure moulded elastomer
• Throatbush – Wear is reduced and maintenance simplified by the use of tapered mating faces to allow positive accurate alignment during assembly and simple removal.
• Shaft seal – Packing seal,Centrifugal seal,Mechanical seal;
• Driving type – Flexible coupling,V-belt with pulleys,Gearbox,VFD,SCR control etc.
• The discharge branch can be oriented to any eight positions at the interval of 45 degrees;
• Easy to install and maintain in on-site application.

• Packing Seal is a general shaft seal.It applys to various pumping conditions, PTFE and Graphite materials of Packing can be used in high corrosive slurries or high temperature conditions.Using ceramic shaft sleeve,For high abrasion conditions, The ceramic shaft sleeve is available.

• Expeller Seal is an impeller force of reversed centrifugal force, preventing slurry leakage. Expeller seal can be used on the single-stage pump when the positive pressure of pump inlet is no more than 10% of pump outlet pressure or on the first-stage pump in the pump series.

| Advanced bearing assembly using grease lubrication The diameter of the pump shaft is large and the heavy load design is a simple structure with small size and less space. The use of grease lubrication, no oil leakage, the minimum maintenance, the rotor is easy to adjust, can be used in series. |
Bearing assembil using oil lubrication with houizontally split casing The diameter of the pump shaft is large, the rigidity is good, the cantilever is short, and it will not bend and vibration under the bad working condition. The metric bearing is lubricated by thin oil, and the bearing is directly installed in the horizontal middle open bracket. The check and adjustment is convenient, and the water cooling system is equipped to improve the working condition of the bearing, so that the bearing can run at a lower temperature and greatly improve the service life of the bearing. |
